The Organizational Management program focuses on developing leaders by cultivating skills such as self-awareness, collaboration, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive supervision. Career entry and advancement opportunities may be found within public, private, and not-for-profit organizations.
The LSSC BAS-OM program is: - classes are fully delivered online
- available for new students to begin in Fall (August), Spring (January) or Summer (May).
