Early College (or "Early Admission") is a form of dual enrollment specifically designed for qualified 12th-grade high school students. Learn more!
First Time in College (FTIC) Students
Students are considered "first-time-in-college" (FTIC) students if they have never attended any college or university, and if they are planning on pursuing a certificate or degree at LSSC, or if they will be taking at least a few credit courses. Apply now!
International students must complete the International Student Application and submit it with the application fee to the Admissions and Records Office. Learn more!
Non-Degree Seeking Students
Students who wish to take just one or a few courses at LSSC but not obtain a certificate, associate, or baccalaureate degree are considered Non-Degree seeking students. Learn more!
Returning (or "Readmit") Students
Returning (or "Readmit") students have attended LSSC more than one year ago. Learn more!
Transfer students have previous coursework from another college or university. Learn more!
Transient students are students who are currently enrolled in another college or university and wish to take only one or a few courses at LSSC with the intention of transferring the LSSC credit back into his or her "home institution." Learn more!
