Jacqueline Barnwell-Williams

 Welcome to my home page!

Jacqueline is a current Florida State Department of Education certified teacher with an ESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement. She also holds a permanent New York State Teacher's Certification. Having earned both her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education and A Master of Science Degree in Children Early Childhood) born with Retarded Mental and Developmental Challenges she remains an active alumni of Brooklyn College, City University of New York.

In order to assist the community in New York City where she resided, she owned and managed JALM Pre-School Services until her relocation to Florida Education. She has consulted with several Early Childhood Education agencies.

Ms. Williams, as she prefers to be called, is a member of several professional organizations including the National Association For The Education of Young Children and she continues to advocate strongly for young children.
